Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of sophisticated websites and web applications from concept to deployment
• Transform design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive websites
• Develop and maintain premium and custom WordPress themes
• Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Mentor junior web developers and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to enhance user experience
• Implement SEO best practices and accessibility standards
• Lead technical projects and maintain development standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years of experience in website development
• Expert-level proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Strong WordPress development experience
• Proven expertise with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop)
• Demonstrated ability to convert designs into pixel-perfect implementations
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience with website performance optimization
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
