Experienced Sales Representative at Onyx Beauty Hub

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Sales Representative who understands luxury retail sales and is passionate about delivering outstanding service to high-value clients.
• The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales revenue, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering a world-class luxury shopping experience.
• The ideal candidate must have proven sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Convert walk-in customers, online inquiries, and social media leads into paying customers.
• Provide professional product consultations and recommend suitable hair products based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, pricing, and industry trends.
• Support customer retention initiatives and referral programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve sales performance.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and performance updates.
• Maintain showroom standards and ensure products are properly displayed.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail, beauty, fashion, cosmetics, or hair industry.
• Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging sales targets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Social media sales experience will be an added advantage.

Compensation
Competitive salary (N120,000 - N150,000 per month) with attractive performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
