    Experienced Quantity Surveyor

    ‎Key Responsibilities:

    • ‎Prepare accurate cost estimates & manage tender submissions
    • ‎Oversee daily site operations and ensure quality & safety standards
    • ‎Manage contracts, procurement, and project schedules
    • ‎Provide cost-saving recommendations and progress reports

    ‎Requirements:

    • ‎Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
    • ‎Proven industry experience (5+ years)
    • ‎Strong knowledge of tendering, contract management & construction processes
    • ‎Excellent communication & organizational skills
    • ‎Female candidates strongly encouraged to apply
