Experienced Facility Manager at CME Engineering Limited

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Male Facility Manager to oversee the effective and efficient running of our facilities.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing vendors, supervising facility operations, and maintaining an environment conducive to staff productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all facility systems and services.
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Manage and supervise all maintenance activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and janitorial services.
• Prepare and manage facility budgets, including maintenance costs, repairs, utilities, and vendor contracts.
• Monitor facility performance and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Coordinate emergency response, safety drills, and risk management plans.
• Liaise with external contractors, artisans, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, asset inventories, and facility documentation.
• Manage space planning, office relocation, and workspace optimization.
• Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across the facility.
• Handle facility-related complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years professional experience in facility management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).
• Good understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
