The Role
- We're looking for a Senior Event Planner who doesn't just execute events—they architect experiences.
- You'll lead end-to-end planning and execution of high-profile brand activations, experiential campaigns, and premium events.From concept to post-event analysis, you'll manage budgets, timelines, vendors, and on-site production—ensuring every detail is flawless.
Who You Are
- 10+ years in event planning, production, or experiential marketing
- Proven track record managing large-scale events from pitch to execution
- Expert in budgeting, vendor negotiation, logistics, and on-site coordination
- Calm under pressure—you solve problems before they happen
- Strong collaborator who works seamlessly with creative, design, and production teams.
