• Ensure kitchen runs optimally and all meals are satisfactory.
• Staying current on developing trends in the healthy food industry.
• Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations.
• Hiring, training and supervising kitchen staff.
• Assisting and directing kitchen staff in meal preparation, creation, plating and packaging.
• Preparing meals and completing prep support as needed.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience.
• Proven track record of excellent culinary skills.
• Ability to develop and make a wide variety of meals (including baked goods)
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within right deadlines.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly
