Summary of Responsibilities

• To follow up with recipe and ensure production meet organization’s standard.
• Ensure compliance with relevant food processing regulations at all times.
• Avoid materials wastage and ensure production is in line with order.
• Monitor work equipment and report any malfunction to the supervisor to avoid brake down or disruption in the production.
• Ensure availability of materials to avoid stock out e.t.c

Academic Qualification and Skills

• Candidates should possess a Trade Test, Technical education or OND in Food Technology or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same capacity.
• Good knowledge of recipe for different categories of bread or baking techniques.
• Attention to details and ability to work with less supervision.
