Experienced Architect at Stretchit Concept Limited

Position Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and highly organized Architect to lead our client’s architectural unit. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architectural design (2D & 3D), with hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment of design objectives, and driving project execution from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process, including the development of 2D and 3D concepts.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering teams and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Ensure that all architectural deliverables adhere to safety regulations, client specifications, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality, addressing any issues proactively.
• Drive process with team members with little of no supervision
• Act as the primary point of contact for architectural matters, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture (Master’s degree or equivalent is an advantage).
• Professional licensure as an Architect is highly desirable.
• Have project management skills
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex construction and architectural projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design tools and project management software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive teams toward successful project delivery.
• Willing to travel for work within Nigeria
• Being able to drive is an added advantage.
