Role Information

• The Architect will be responsible for creating designs for new construction projects, alterations redevelopment, designing buildings to create unique and well-organised structures, up to finishing and changing interior areas and the intelligent use of space, etc.

A Summary of the Role’s Responsibilities is as follows

• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Strong expertise in rendering software such as Lumion or equivalent
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, particularly for plan rendering and presentation preparation
• Creating work models and modelling for space.
• Compiling finish timelines and working with project delivery services and facilities.
• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD 2D, 3D, Revit BIM and Dynamo.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect.
• Strong team player.
• Experience in building designs and finished works
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good Architectural presentation skills
• Strong technical design skills
• Knowledge of relevant legal issues associated with the construction industry
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Very good attention to details.
