Job Overview

• We are seeking a talented Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary team. Reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee breakfast and lunch services, ensuring high-quality preparation and presentation of dishes. Your expertise will enhance our fine dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing breakfast and lunch kitchen operations.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and timeliness of breakfast dishes.
• Lead the kitchen team in the Executive Chef's absence, maintaining high standards.
• Innovate and develop breakfast menu items in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring effective performance during shifts.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and reduce wastage.

Qualifications:

• 4- 7 Years of Proven experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining.
• Expertise in breakfast, lunch and all round Kitchen operations .
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of culinary trends and food safety regulations.
