Executive Secretary at Amazon Energy Limited

A leading diversified energy services provider is looking to engage an Executive Secretary to be responsible for providing executive services to the principal assigned.

JOB OBJECTIVE(s) 
Must be a quick professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Attend meetings and keep minutes
• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Make travel arrangements for executives
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
• Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
• Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible 
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 

• Candidate must have at least 2 years’ post-graduation experience as an Executive Assistant or secretary 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION 

• A candidate with good university degree

Monthly Net Salary Range (N) - *dependent on experience*
150,000 – 250,000
