Executive IT Desk Officer

- We are looking for an Executive IT Help Desk Officer to provide technical support to staff and management. The ideal candidate should be professional, responsive, and able to solve IT-related issues quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily IT support to staff and executives
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network issues
- Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices
- Support Microsoft 365, Zoom/Teams, and other business applications
- Assist with user account setup and password resets
- Ensure all IT issues are resolved on time
Requirements
- Experience in IT Support or Help Desk role
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Bsc in Computer science or related field
