The Executive Director will provide leadership and direction in the design and execution of the company’s investment banking strategy, ensuring the achievement of operational and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Steer the development and execution of the investment banking strategy, ensuring alignment across departments and teams.
Identify and pursue investment banking opportunities with new and existing clients across local, regional, and international markets.
Lead the origination and delivery of financial advisory and debt arranging mandates, ensuring high-quality transaction execution.
Drive regulatory compliance and uphold strong corporate governance standards across all investment banking activities.
Engage with key stakeholders and represent the business at senior levels, including providing updates and strategic recommendations to the Board.
Role Requirements
Master’s degree/MBA in Finance or related discipline.
Relevant professional certification
Minimum of 15 years post-graduation experience, with at least 10 years in the financial services industry and at least four (4) years relevant work experience in a top/executive management role.
Proven expertise in corporate finance and/or investment banking
Sound strategic thinking abilities and business acumen.
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills. with a track record of achieving expected business results.
