• An Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leaders, such as CEOs or VPs.
• Typical duties include managing complex calendars, screening communications, coordinating travel, preparing reports, and handling confidential information with strict discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules, book meetings, and resolve time conflicts.
• Communication Gatekeeping: Screen emails, answer phone calls, and route messages for leadership.
• Travel & Logistics: Arrange complex itineraries, flights, lodging, and expense reports.
• Information Prep: Draft memos, format slide presentations, and compile meeting data.
• Internal Liaison: Act as a trusted point of contact between the executive and staff or external partners
