Executive Assistant to a Senior Pastor at RITCEE Concept

Administrative Support:

• Manage the Senior Pastor's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
• Maintain confidential records and files related to church operations.

Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Senior Pastor and church members, staff, and community partners.
• Draft, edit, and distribute correspondence, including newsletters and announcements.
• Coordinate and communicate details regarding church events and activities.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in planning and organizing church events, meetings, and special services.
• Liaise with volunteers and staff to ensure successful execution of events.

Financial Management:

• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting as directed by the Senior Pastor.
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and donations in accordance with church policies.

Project Management:

• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Senior Pastor.
• Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
