The Executive Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos, providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leadership. In this role, the individual will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare presentations, and handle confidential correspondence to ensure executives can operate efficiently. Daily tasks include organizing travel and accommodation, preparing and reconciling expense reports, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the execution of key initiatives and projects. The Executive Assistant will act as a primary point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-ups, and professional representation of the bank. The role also involves anticipating needs, prioritizing tasks, and contributing to continuous improvement of administrative processes in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and handling confidential information.
Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as document preparation, record keeping, and office organization.
Candidates should possess the ability to prepare and manage Expense Reports and basic financial documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and professional email and phone etiquette.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, calendar and conferencing tools, task management platforms).
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability, with experience supporting senior leaders in a corporate or financial services environment preferred.
