This role is responsible for providing efficient analytical and executive administrative support to Senior Management
Summary of Responsibilities
Conduct research and analyze data, reviewing trends, for market intelligent inference that can impact strategic focus and position the organization for competitive advantage.
Assist in carrying out root cause analysis and correcting quality related issues through collaboration with process owners.
Prepare insightful reports on research findings
Complete administrative and project work/research.
Accurately record minutes of meetings and distribute to relevant parties in a timely manner
Prepare and distribute agendas, pre-reading papers and rooms for meetings
Job Qualifications
First degree in a relevant field with at least 3-5 years of proven experience providing executive support in a structured organization.
Certification/ Training in Project Management or Business Analysis will be an added advantage
Core Competencies
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to details.
