Job Description

• We are looking for an organized and proactive Executive / Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to senior management.
• The ideal candidate will drive, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Handle confidential documents and correspondence.
• Drive senior management staff
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on action points.
• Assist with office administration and daily operations.
• Run official errands when required.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
• 0 – 1 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
