Executive Assistant at FUNDiT Finance

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
• Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, events, and engagements.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, and partners as directed by the executive.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefs as needed.
• Manage office supplies and ensure smooth operations of the executive office.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the effectiveness of the executive’s role.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 years experience.
