We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support members of our Executive Management Team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Manage the Executive's calendar, meetings, and correspondence.
Coordinate executive meetings, projects, and stakeholder engagements.
Conduct research, compile reports, and support project tracking.
Prepare presentations, draft communications, and manage confidential records.
Handle travel logistics and provide administrative and office support.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new tools.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Excellent report-writing, minute-taking, and research skills.
