Executive Assistant at Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the MD’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action points.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and calls on behalf of the MD.
• Act as the primary liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support communication and collaboration between Sales, Marketing & Projects and other departments.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and confidential information.
• Provide oversight support on operational activities as directed by the MD.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
