Completes a wide variety of administrative tasks, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports e.t.c

REQUIREMENTS
BA/BSC/HND in any related field
3-5 years experience working as a personal assistant, technical assistant, or a special adviser
Excellent communication and written skills
Extremely detail-oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks
Must be flexible and willing to work extra time during busy times and on-call during weekends and after business hours
Must be able to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately, sometimes with little direction
