    Executive Assistant

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
    • 5–7 years of proven experience supporting C-Level Executives or similar high-ranking professionals.
    • Experience in a manufacturing industry is a PLUS
    • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
    • High emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Experience in FMCG or a fast-paced corporate environment is an added advantage.

    Preferred Candidate Profile

    • A mature, composed, and confident professional with strong executive presence.
    • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or travel.
    • The role may be more suited to a male candidate in order to foster team balance and representation, although all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters relating to the Executive.
    • Manage complex scheduling, calendar planning, and travel arrangements (local and international).
    • Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other confidential documents.
    • Coordinate high-level meetings, board sessions, and strategic engagements.
    • Track key deliverables, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
    • Maintain filing systems and handle sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Assist with special projects, research, and data analysis as directed by the executive.
    • Provide administrative support for ongoing initiatives.
    • Assist with personal logistics and ad-hoc assignments as required.
