    Executive and Commercial Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Research and identify opportunities, potential clients, and partners globally
    • Manage appointments with prospective clients and partners and follow up afterward with status updates and next steps
    • Conduct Industry, Customer, Product, Competition and other needed research
    • Analyze Sales, Customer, and other relevant data to generate useful insights for decision making
    • Come up with strategic initiatives
    • Liaise with the senior management team and other team leads.
    • Write content for Blog posts, Social Media as well as for customers, partners and prospect engagement
    • Plan and manage the activities and daily routines of the COO (Schedule and Calendar management)
    • Conserve the COO’s time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed in advance
    • Prepare presentation slides, meeting notes and other relevant documents
    • Handle presentations where necessary
    • Attend meetings and take notes of discussions
    • Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties

    Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree
    • Being Multilingual (French is an added advantage)
    • Must be Tech Savvy (knowledge of Productivity tools, Cloud Storage and Meeting tools is very important)
    • Have a strong business sense and ability to make sound judgment
    • Ability to think strategically and add value to existing processes
    • Time-management skills
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Ability to multitask efficiently and work independently
    • Very good listening and phone skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Good negotiation skills
    • High Emotional Intelligence quotient
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships
    • Passionate, driven, self-confident and focused
    • Strong interest in education and education technology
