We are a leading Event Styling and Production company seeking an experienced Event Project Manager to join our team. As an Event Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage events simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure event objectives are met
Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and schedules
Conduct site visits and venue assessments
Plan and coordinate event logistics, including catering, audio-visual, and decor
Collaborate with the design team to develop event concepts and designs
Manage event staff, including freelancers and volunteers
Troubleshoot event-day issues and ensure prompt resolution
Evaluate event success and provide post-event reports
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in event management
Proven track record of delivering successful events on time and within budget
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of event design and production principles
Proficiency in event management software and tools
