Event Manager at Premier Medical Center

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate Events and promote brand awareness.
• Managing events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
• Managing logistics and event venue.
• Preparing budgets and ensure adherence.
• Sourcing and negotiating with vendors and suppliers
• Coming up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success Client management of sponsors including recommendations for the delivery of sponsorship benefits in association with the event.
• Building excellent relationships with existing sponsors.
• Carrying out post-event communication, reporting and analysis.
• Analyzing feedback and report data to measure whether event goal was achieved

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: HND / Bachelor's Degree
• Candidate shall work remotely.
• Past experience working in a healthcare organization would give an additional advantage.
• Computer literacy.
• Excellent Presentation and communication skills.
• Exceptional time, resource management & organizational skills.
• Ability to identify and evaluate market opportunities.
