Gamma Mobility is seeking an Evaluation Officer to conduct the profiling and evaluation of prospective customers upon their arrival at the Gamma Mobility Hub. The Evaluation Officer will be responsible for assessing applicants' creditworthiness, verifying provided information, and ensuring compliance with eligibility criteria. This role requires keen attention to detail, analytical skills, and adherence to risk management guidelines.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Acquisition Team to ensure smooth lead transition from initial engagement to profiling.
Issue a behavioral test to prospective leads to assess their financial responsibility and risk profile.
Conduct an assessment interview to evaluate the applicant's ability to pay and willingness to pay.
Ensure applicants meet internal eligibility criteria before proceeding with leasing or financing.
Identify and report any suspicious activities or fraudulent documentation.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer evaluations.
Ensure all required documents are properly filed and stored for future reference.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in an evaluation, research, or data analysis role
Strong experience with data collection, statistical analysis, and reporting
Careful attention to detail in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
High standards for data quality, ensuring accuracy and integrity throughout the evaluation process.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), particularly for creating reports and presentations.
