Job Description:

• Conduct property valuations and appraisals to determine market value.
• Manage and oversee property portfolios, including leasing, sales, acquisitions, and rental agreements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the real estate market.
• Provide expert advice to clients on property investment, development, and management strategies.
• Negotiate contracts, terms of agreements, and lease renewals on behalf of clients.
• Inspect properties to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Maintain updated knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• HND/ Bachelorsdegree in Estate Management, Real Estate, or related field. A masters degree is a plus.
• Professional certification from a recognized institution (e.g., NIESV, RICS, or equivalent) is required.
• Proven experience (2 years) working as an Estate Surveyor or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using real estate management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
• A valid professional license to practice as an Estate Surveyor.
