    Estate Surveyor

    Job Description:

    • By superior client service, the incumbents will meet our clients' property / real estate needs by:
    • Carrying out property sales and leases
    • Property and facility management
    • Determining the value of landed property and the various interests therein
    • Handling related estate management issues

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a BSC in Estate Management
    • 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar position in a reputable organization

    Requirements

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
    • Technical knowledge of the real estate market
    • Resourcefulness
    • Self-driven
    • Passionate about the job and professionalism
