    Estate Surveyor

    Job Description

    By superior client service the incumbents will meet our clients' property / real estate needs by:

    • Carrying out property sale and leases
    • Property and facility management
    • Determining the value of landed property and the various interests therein
    • Handling related estate management issues

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a HND/ BSC in Estate Management
    • 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar position in a reputable organization

    Requirements

    • Excellent communication skills
    • Proficienctin the use of microsoft office tools
    • Technical knowledge of the property market
    • Resourcefulness
    • Self-driven
    • Passionate about the job and professionalism
