Description

• To supervise the estate guesthouses and stewards and ensure decent accommodation to our guests.
• To ensure prompt repairs/maintenance of estate facilities.
• To supervise the estate cleaners and ensure cleanliness in the estate at all times.
• To ensure regular waste removal from the estates.
• To cross-check the cleaning contractor’s bills for the estate jobs.
• To ensure regular supply of portable water in the estates
• To comply with full implementation of EMS and OHAS policy.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.
• To manage and control the engineering and building estates teams also external contractors employed by the company.
• To manage the routine day to day requests for engineering and building assistanc

Requirements

• ND Business Management / Administration, with 3 or 5 years working experience.
• Proficiency in computer useage.
• Good communication skills.
• Good interpersonal relationship.
