    ERP Sales Account Manager

    Brief

    • We seek motivated and talented Sales personnel to join our team and promote our Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management, and digital transformation solutions.
    • The successful candidate(s) will grow our ERP/software business through strategic lead generation, collaboration with our partners, participation in events, direct marketing, and research, to drive revenue and achieve our growth targets.

    Duties

    • Identify and engage with potential customers through various lead generation strategies such as cold calling, networking, attending industry conferences, and other relevant means.
    • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, understand their business needs, and present our ERP software and digital transformation solutions as viable solutions to their problems.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects, earning their trust and confidence in our products.
    • Responsible for the overall planning, strategy, direction, and control of all sales in the allocated accounts; achievement of agreed sales targets; and developing future sales plans.
    • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions, effectively addressing prospect concerns and objections.
    • Collaborate with the team and technical experts to develop customized proposals and quotes that align with customer requirements.
    • Negotiate and close sales agreements while adhering to company pricing and contractual policies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to remain competitive and establish yourself as a subject matter expert.
    • Achieve sales targets and performance objectives, regularly reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts through CRM.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years proven track record in B2B sales working with enterprise software solutions or technology-related products
    • Strong understanding of ERP software concepts (SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS) functionalities and benefits to effectively communicate and demonstrate value to potential customers.
    • Ability to articulate how digital transformation solutions can create value for business organizations.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and influence decision-makers.
    • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Highly organized and self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
    • Knowledgeable in using CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
