Purpose Statement

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equity Trader to join our dynamic team. As an Equity Trader, you will be responsible for executing trades across various equity markets, with a focus on crypto futures trading, Nigerian stock trading, and US stock trading. Leveraging your strong experience in these markets, you will analyze market trends, identify trading opportunities, and execute trades to optimize portfolio performance and maximize returns. Your role is pivotal in driving profitability and ensuring adherence to trading strategies in alignment with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Execute trades across crypto futures, Nigerian stocks, and US stock markets based on thorough analysis of market trends and trading strategies.
• Monitor market conditions and economic trends to identify trading opportunities and risks.
• Develop and implement trading strategies to optimize portfolio performance and achieve targeted returns.
• Conduct research and analysis to assess the potential impact of geopolitical events, economic indicators, and regulatory changes on equity markets.
• Collaborate with research analysts and portfolio managers to develop investment ideas and strategies.
• Utilize trading platforms and analytical tools to execute trades efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an equity trader with a strong track record of success in crypto futures trading, Nigerian stock trading, and US stock trading.
• In-depth knowledge of equity markets, including market dynamics, trading strategies, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using trading platforms, analytical tools, and financial software for trade execution and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, perform quantitative analysis, and make informed trading decisions.
• Excellent understanding of risk management principles and the ability to manage trading positions and risk exposures effectively.
