Overview of Job Description:

• Tsaro Global Defence is leading an extensive project in Kano State, focusing on policy reforms and data collection efforts that align with our mission and vision. As part of this project, we are seeking qualified field supervisors and enumerators to join our team. The selected field supervisors and enumerators will play a crucial role in data gathering, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of information that will inform key decisions and policies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a National Diploma and Above.
• Prior experience in data collection or as an enumerator is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in the use of smartphones or tablets for data collection.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact with people of various backgrounds.
• Fluency in Hausa and English is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Kano State and its localities.
• Ability to travel within Kano State is required.
