Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Entry-Level IT Officer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate should have a background in Computer Science or a related field, with knowledge of software, programming, or hardware.
• Candidates currently undergoing NYSC are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.
• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Support the maintenance and management of IT equipment and systems.
• Assist with user account setup, access management, and basic system administration.
• Maintain proper records of IT assets and equipment.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team or service provider.
• Support other IT-related projects and activities as required.

Requirements

• A Degree in Computer Science, Computer  Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Candidates with a focus in Software, Programming, or Hardware are welcome to apply.
• NYSC members currently undergoing service are eligible to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, or programming.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• 0–2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Internship or practical experience in IT will be an added advantage.
