Enterprise Solution Sales Manager at LawPavilion Business Solutions

About the Role:

• Are you a driven and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for technology and enterprise solutions? We’re looking for an Enterprise Solution Sales Manager to lead and grow our B2B sales efforts, drive revenue, and build strong client relationships in a fast-growing Legal Tech company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise software solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate degree is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B/enterprise solution sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience selling SaaS or enterprise software products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in legal tech or working with legal industry clients is a plus
