    Enterprise Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing Strategic Sales Plans: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth in enterprise-level accounts.
    • Building Client Relationships: Identify, engage, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprise clients.
    • Identifying New Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
    • Presenting Solutions: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
    • Negotiating Deals: Negotiate complex contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Managing Sales Pipeline: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular forecasts and updates to senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools

    Required Skills:

    • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Proven ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
    • Relationship Building: Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to foster long-term partnerships with clients.
    • Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of products and services offered, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients.
