Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Administrator at TRANOS

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• Train end-users on the use of the ERP system. This may be new or existing members of staff.
• Support ERP users by troubleshooting and resolving any ERP related hardware, software, user access or other problems.
• Ensure the data entered in the ERP is of good quality and monitor compliance of end-users to all ERP-related procedures
• Ensure ERP version is up to date. Apply fixes once available
• Work closely with ERP makers to implement new features and improve existing processes.
• Carry out compliance audit/investigative control in all ERP modules and advise management appropriately on the end user’s requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc in Information Technology.
• Minimum of 4 years experience as a consultant or administrator in a structured manufacturing company.
• Certification in ERP system administration or general system administration.
• Sound ERP system knowledge and database management system.
• Strong analytical and system configuration skills.
• Excellent professional experience in developing and administrating enterprise application software, data mining and reporting technologies.
