    Enterprise Account Manager

    RightCom, a pioneer in Customer Experience Management (CX) in Africa, is looking to integrate a competent, passionate and thorough Enterprise Account Manager. This role is strategic to our mission of improving business impact for our customers, strengthening RightCom’s reputation as the leader in customer experience management on the continent.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of key customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Gain an in-depth understanding of customer needs and develop customized solutions that meet their specific requirements.
    • Manage the end-to-end execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and timely delivery.
    • Plan and execute account strategies to promote customer growth and engagement.
    • Work closely with sales, marketing and support teams to ensure a consistent, quality customer experience.
    • Identify new sales and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
    • Provide regular reports on account status and progress towards objectives.
    • Effectively resolve customer issues and concerns to continually improve their experience with RightCom.
    • Organize and participate in account meetings and presentations to strengthen customer relationships.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay current and propose proactive strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree in business, marketing, management or related field.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in account management or similar role, preferably in the technology sector.
    • In-depth understanding of market and customer needs in Africa.
    • Advanced IT skills, particularly in the use of CRM and data analysis tools.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
    • Ability to align project objectives with broader corporate goals, contributing to overall corporate strategy.
    • Ability to work independently as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
    • Excellent at explaining technical information to a non-technical audience
    • Tech-savvy professional who is able to excel at nurturing client relationships.
