Responsible for reviewing construction drawings, conducting technical briefings, preparing progress plans, and managing on-site activities during the construction process.
Familiar with design drawings, assisting the Chief Engineer in organizing and participating in design briefings, and actively coordinating with designers to resolve on-site construction issues.
Conduct on-site inspections, promptly identify and resolve construction-related issues, and provide timely responses and solutions to inquiries from site engineers.
Responsible for organizing, collecting, and compiling technical documentation, as well as gathering relevant original records.Coordinate the interface between different disciplines and ensure smooth collaboration among various construction processes.
While monitoring production progress, also ensure quality control. If any issues arise, promptly communicate with the quality department, organize professional technical personnel to formulate improvement measures, and supervise their implementation.
Actively promote the application of practical technologies and new materials in construction projects.
SKILL REQUIREMENT
Able to apply professional knowledge and management skills to organize and manage projects.
Proficient in reading drawings and capable of calculating project quantities and material consumption based on drawings, as well as assigning construction tasks accordingly.
Familiar with the basic construction procedures of road and bridge projects, and well-versed in the fundamental properties of materials used throughout the project.
Skilled in using office software such as WORD and EXCEL, and capable of reading and drafting drawings using AUTOCAD.
Able to initiate changes and approvals based on contract conditions, construction drawings, and on-site conditions.
Possesses strong coordination and communication skills, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities. Capable of managing relationships among various parties on the construction site, hardworking, and willing to be stationed on-site.
