Job Description

• The Engineering Storekeeper is responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing engineering spare parts, tools, and consumables required for maintenance and production operations.
• The role ensures that the engineering store is organized, well-stocked, and compliant with safety and inventory control standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels of spare parts, tools, and consumables using manual logs or inventory software.
• Receiving & Issuing Materials: Receive incoming goods, check for quality/quantity, and issue items as per maintenance or production requirements.
• Store Organization: Ensure materials are stored properly with correct labeling and easy access to avoid damage or mix-ups.
• Documentation & Records: Maintain proper records of stock movements, purchase orders, and issue slips as per company procedures.
• Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate with maintenance and procurement teams, and follow safety and housekeeping standards within the store.
