Job Summary

• This position is responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of software systems that meets customer requirement.
• The role also involves sitting within the IT team of a business, and will be involved in liaising with the Business Analysts and Development Managers to ensure software projects meet requirement

Job Responsibilities

• Research and develop designs and products
• Determine the need for training and talent development
• Hire contractors and build teams
• Ensure products have the support of upper management
• Provide clear and concise instructions to engineering teams
• Lead research and development projects that produce new designs, products, and processes. ∙
• Check team’s work for technical accuracy
• Coordinate work with other managers and staff.
