Job Summary

Responsible for plant machine maintenance to maximize efficiency and material yield with a set framework of quality standards at optimal manpower and material cost, GMP and meet the production volume targets at all times.

Successful candidate will provide leadership for the Operators and Technical Team in the shift.

Job Objective

To deliver the production as per sales demand at the highest quality and minimum cost possible and in line with Budget and ensure optimum maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plans and implements the maintenance management system of the plant that will provide high reliability of operation of the machines. Prepares the plant’s overhaul schedules without affecting production requirements.
• Ensures harmony and coordination in all manufacturing activities of the plant. Maintains the operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing the project, operational, and personnel policies and procedures to all the personnel to instill discipline among employees.
• Assists in the implementation of the quality assurance programs of the company, which include environment-related regulatory compliance and safety.
• Dispenses advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with the established policies and management approval.
• Develops a system that will ensure optimal and efficient use of labor and resources, such as labor productivity monitoring.
• Ensures the training of employees on the use of equipment and machinery in the production lines.
• Prepare performance appraisal reports for his direct reports and ensure the same is done by his direct reports.
• Carry out routine and periodic maintenance of utilities to ensure seamless plant operation.

Job Requirements

Education

• Degree in electrical/electronic engineering or mechanical engineering from any reputable university. Master's degree and relevant engineering and automation certification and training are an added advantage.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 7 years of core hands-on experience in independently handling a semi-automatic and fully automatic beverage production and packaging plant.

Technical Requirements

• Sound knowledge of PLC circuits, Servo Drives, and should be able to lead a team of operators and technicians in solving complex Electromechanical problems on the plant and machinery.
• Working knowledge of handling utilities like Generator, Boilers, Compressors, Chillers, Water Treatment Plant, Nimco 1L, Pakona, pet filling line( blow mold, filler, sleeve machine, and shrink machine) is a must.
