Engineering Manager at DexNova Consulting Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance team. 
• Ensure all machinery and equipment run efficiently with minimal downtime. 
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs. 
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues. 
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement. 
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements. 
• Plan and oversee equipment installations, upgrades, and CAPEX projects. 
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to optimize processes. 
• Train and mentor technical staff to enhance skills and performance.

Qualifications & Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). 
• 5+ years of engineering/maintenance experience in food manufacturing or FMCG. 
• Strong knowledge of food processing equipment, automation, and utilities. 
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems and spare parts management. 
• Good leadership and problemsolving skills. 
• Familiarity with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, etc.).
