Engineering Graduate Trainee at Roadlamp Limited

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated, ambitious and smart engineering graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees. This is designed to provide recent graduates with a structured pathway to gain hands-on experience, develop technical and soft skills, and prepare for a successful career in engineering. You will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and rotate through key departments to understand our operations and products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured training and development program covering technical, operational, and soft skills.
• Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing projects.
• Conduct research and analysis to support engineering tasks.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
• Gain proficiency in engineering software, tools, and systems relevant to the role.
• Work on-site or in the field as required to support engineering operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in deliverables.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil,  from a reputable institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic knowledge of industry-specific tools/software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Willing to travel as part of the training rotation.
• Engineering graduate from the year 2023 - 2025
• Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service.
