Engineering Graduate Intern at Dotmac Technologies LTD

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the planning and development of new broadband infrastructure projects, including the expansion of coverage and the implementation of new technologies.
• Work closely with customer support teams to understand customer feedback and address connectivity issues, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Participate in quality assurance testing of new hardware, software, and network configurations to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, troubleshooting processes, and project-related activities.
• Installation and maintenance of Fibre Optics.

Requirements

• A Degree in relevant Engineering field.
• Excellent technical skills and familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Understanding of telecommunications and fiber technology a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must be a Current serving Corp member.
