Contribute to the planning and development of new broadband infrastructure projects, including the expansion of coverage and the implementation of new technologies.
Work closely with customer support teams to understand customer feedback and address connectivity issues, ensuring a positive user experience.
Participate in quality assurance testing of new hardware, software, and network configurations to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, troubleshooting processes, and project-related activities.

Requirements
A Degree in relevant Engineering field.
Excellent technical skills and familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
Understanding of telecommunications and fiber technology a plus.
