We’re seeking an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance and engineering activities. This role ensures the smooth operation of equipment, efficient facility upkeep, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance across all farm facilities and equipment.
• Supervise technicians and ensure minimal operational downtime.
• Conduct technical inspections and implement continuous improvements.
• Optimize energy use and drive engineering efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure full compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• BSc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering (Master’s an advantage).
• 8–10 years of relevant technical experience in maintenance and engineering management.
• Proven hands-on experience in machinery upkeep within agro-industrial or poultry operations and related industry experience.
• Strong leadership, analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
