    Engineer - Technical Help Desk

    Experience:

    • 1–2 years in a similar role

    Qualifications:

    • HND/BSc in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Communication, or IT

    Skills Needed:

    • Knowledge of WiFi, WiMAX, LTE, TCP/IP, and Networking
    • Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting
    • Strong customer service skills
