Job Summary

We are recruiting for a proactive and dedicated Engineer – Site Installation Supervisor to oversee equipment installations, coordinate a skilled team of technicians, and liaise with the Chief Engineer. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a hands-on approach, and intermediate AutoCAD knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise and coordinate technicians during on-site equipment installations
2. Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
3. Liaise with the Chief Engineer for technical clarifications and updates
4. Perform minor corrections on AutoCAD drawings when necessary
5. Travel outside Lagos for equipment installations as required
6. Maintain a professional and collaborative attitude with experienced team members

Requirements

1. Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
2. Intermediate AutoCAD proficiency (basic corrections and updates)
3. Strong communication and teamwork skills
4. Ability to work respectfully with senior technicians
5. Willingness to travel as needed
6. 1–3 years of experience is an advantage
