Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of all technology platforms.

• Research and integrate emerging technologies relevant to the financial services industry.
• Coordinate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for deployment and continuous integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in backend and frontend technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript frameworks).
• Expertise in system architecture, APIs, microservices, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of financial services systems, security standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
